I am trying to loose at least 20 pound before I go back to school in September, but I'm Muslim and it's the month of Ramadan. So I'm fasting from 4:00am until 8:30pm, I'm staying with in a strict calorie count but exercising has been an issue for me I tried to exercise after break my fast doing fifteen minutes of calisthenics, which I don't feel is enough, but I can't just do nothing even though I feel pretty bad after I work out I feel like I have to do something. So I was wonder if there was any short effective and vigorous workouts that I could do or should I just not work out because it's going to kill me like my mother thinks. And will I still be able to loos weight with out exercising for hours?
And not fasting is not an option

You dont have enough fuel in your body to workout while fasting. I'd be active like maybe go for a 30 minute walk but I wouldn't be doing anything to burn lots of calories. You're going to crash hard!!!0
