First session at curves.
Hi. I had my first of 10 sessions at curves yesterday. I had my fitness assessment including being weighed and measured. I also had my body fat percentage measured. I was told the normal range for a woman in my age range was 21-33. I came out as 34%. I was quite pleased with this. Am I right to be pleased?
