Ok this could not be easier.
Ingredients:
Two sachets of options hot chocolate (The one I have tried this evening was the white chocolate one but experiment with all the different flavours) 88 cals
Directions:
Pour sachets into a small freezer friendly container. Boil water and add enough water to make a paste with the powder. Make it not too thick but also not too thick. Allow to cool. Put into freezer. When you are ready to eat it take it out for a few minutes (if it has been in for a while) to allow it to thaw slightly. The result is a moussey iced dessert that is YUM!!!

For the non UK people Options is a brand of low cal hot chocolate that is made with water. It comes in a variety of flavours like:
White Chocolate, Chocolate brownie (a bigger pack therefore more cals but may only need one pack), mint choc, choc and hazelnut etc.0 -

I don't have Options but have Maltesers hot chocolate (81 calories a serving) and the Cadbury low calorie one (can't remember the name, think it's highlights?) which is 41 calories a serving, would this recipe work the same if I used these instead?0

That sounds yummy! I'll definintely be trying that0
-
*bump* This is one that I'm going to be trying tonight!!0

I couldn't say for definate but i would assume so. The trick is to make a paste rather than a liquid. Its just that options do such wonderful flavours!0

I will give it a try when I have a chocolate craving :-) and will definitely get me some Options :-D0

Sounds good, hopefully it will work with the diet hot cocoa .. it's only like 15 calories0
