I am 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I have been attempting very badly to continue with slimming world while pregnant but haven't suceeded. Today is the first day I have so far - it is nearly 8pm so fingers crossed!

People put the weight back on because they stop following the plan. At SW and I am sure ~WW once you get to your target you no longer have to pay. Then as long as you go (at SW anyway) at least once in every 4 weeks you can come to class free of charge unless you go out of your target range which is 3 pounds plus or minus…

It works. I have lost stones with sw and it works. The superfree foods are most fruit ang vegetables they are low in cals and filling. The free foods are have to be with all fat removed. You can eat as much pasta etc but who can physically eat that much pasta it is so filling. You have to measure your healthy extras and…

Look at my food diary I have changed the headings to suit slimming world. I also have my cals set high so I don't keep going over. As we all know slimming world is not about cals.

So I have had two days of sticking to slimming world and did a kettleworx dvd Thursday and zumba tonight. Let's hope my motivation is back for good

I think the key is keep going to class and staying for image therapy. That way you have to be accounted for and it is less tempting to stray off course. At least that is the case for the target members in my group.

Woke this morning. Contemplated getting up and eating a big healthy breakfast then doing a workout later, ended up deciding to get dressed right away into workout gear. Had an apple then did a workout. Then I had a healthy brunch. Got my lunch prepared for when i have finished my tutoring session too. Best get going

I am a teacher too so I am quite stressed at the moment which doesn't help!

He is skinny and can eat all the junk he wants. He is very dependent on sugary things and often says he is going to give it up but doesn't as he doesn't need to (his insides might disagree)

It was great! I felt bsb had too much of the stage however. I started to get bored during their bits. Nkotb were great though.

Last week I gained half a pound. This week I lost it. I was quite disappointed with only losing half but last week I was pleased with gaining only half so my guess is it balanced out. Got to have another good week food wise and hope I get a big weight loss next week!

You can put your ticker into your signature and that does it automatically for you each time. I don't know about the Nike thing. I come on here mainly to easily record the food I eat instantly rather than scrambling for a scrap of paper at the bottom of my bag. I also use it to encourage me to exercise which I haven't been…

Used to hate exercise. Then I tried zumba. I go at least once a week now and do other types of exercise too. Zumba is still my favourite!

Sounds good, however, am wondering if beef would work aswell? I don't like to use my syns on dinner (not in such a large quantity anyway 1 or 2 maybe). Any ideas on the cream substitute?
