I started my journey back in January but didn't take before shots. However, in May I took some and I have recently took some more in July. I have put them all next to each other in one big picture and wondered if you had noticed much of a change. I think I have toned a little. Not as much as I would have liked to be honest but slow and steady hopefully wins the race!!

    I think you have to change the IMG to lower case.

    Thanks guys! Next problem is the first pic is actually supposed to be three pics of me but only 2 are appearing as it is too wide. Do I need to resize and upload again? Or can I do something else?

    Looks like you have been doing some exercise there. Your thighs are definitely changing shape, and you seem to have a bit more definition in the upper abs too. Keep up the great work!

    Lots of people just lately have been commenting on how i have lost weight. My brother who rarely tells me i have lost weight even when i have has told me a couple of times. My hairdresser. My mum. My dad. Just wish my clothes were fitting better on the bottom half is all! Still a way to go. 2.5 stone to be exact which is 35 pounds.
