Back Injured person trying to burn more calories. Help!
Hi! I injured my back in January and it's been troubling me on and off. And I can't do intense/vigorous exercises much. I do power yoga two times a week -60 minutes each day. It's pretty intense but I don't think it burns many calories. Then I walk briskly for 30 minutes 2-3 days a week. Again, it must not burn more than a…

Need help with choosing the right peanut butter.
Hi! So I'm on tumblr and they have a side for fitness (fitblr) and there, everyone's pretty big on peanut butter. I want to try it too. But I'm confused as to what kind of peanut butter I should choose. Should it be low sugar (cause I'll be eating it often)? Or if I go ahead and buy whatever kind I want, will it effect my…

How much is one cup of food?
This might sound like a really stupid question but I'm honestly ignorant. When filling the daily food calender (I think that's what you call it) I have to measure some food items by the number of cups I consumed. I want to know the amount of food a cup contains. In other words, what is the size of the cup? Thanks!

Can you tell me how to manage this properly? I want to stay within my calorie limit…

And today I had fried manioc chips, roti (made of bread flour and oil) and fanta (soft drink). It feels like a cheat meal. And it worries me.…

Is it okay to nap in the afternoons?
I have a habit of napping in the afternoons. Is it bad? What makes me wonder this is, I don't get any exercise. I manage my weight with my food habits and I don't really workout. I stay at home most of the time. Is it bad to sleep during daytime? Thank you!:flowerforyou:

I've been taking medicine for depression and borderline for the last 3 years and my pills cause me to gain weight. Plus, they increase my appetite so I've been eating almost all the time. I've gained a lot of weight during this period of time and once, I even tried to get fit and almost succeeded! I worked out everyday,…
