Returning finally
My name is Cara-Renee, I used my fitness pal very successfully a year or so ago. I am ready to try again. Excuses only go so far and then one has to get serious again. I am nearing 50 and really need to take control of my health and fitness. Looking forward to engaging here once again

net 1200 calories
I am netting out at 1200 calories for my food each day after exercise...does it take some time to see the results? I want to make sure I am doing this right. Eating well and working out 6 days a week and making sure my calorie intake at the end of the day is right around 1200. Any feedback appreciated.

question- Sodium
If my sodium levels are always under the MFP allowed and I am drinking 140 ounces of water everyday, does that water intake counteract any of the sodium?
