strange and funny NSV

Went for a 2 hr hike with my husband today. Walked the sole right off my hiking boot! The NSV part...laughing my head off that the whole sole of my boot came off (after falling and trippinIg over tree limbs) but also I have always HATED hiking. Hated doing it, miserable doing it but today I had a blast. It was good to spend time alone with my man in the outdoors that we love so much as well as the exercise. While wearing my HRM during the hike I burned over 500 calories. It was a good day, a GREAT day!
