Best healthy recipe books out there - tried & tested?
Just thinking about starting a collection of healthy recipe books - maybe buying a couple more for variety. I make a lot of soup which is good, and my boyfriend & I are trying recipes from The Hairy Dieters (which by the way are yummy and seem pretty low cal!), so its a good start but what else do people recommend? :)

Weekly calorie intake v daily calorie intake
Hey I just have a very simple question - it is better to meet your calorie goal absolutely every day or on average by the end of the week.
