What's the most you've put on over a week's holiday?
I am back from a week's skiing in the French Alps. Had an amazing time of skiing hard & eating & drinking very very well! So much in fact that I have come back 11 pounds heavier!!!
From experience I know this drops off pretty quickly - it's mostly liquids & carbohydrates that I avoid usually - so I'm not worried! I went to enjoy myself & not count calories!
Just wondering if this happens to anyone else?

It's water weight...there's 3500 calories in 1 lb of fat. So lets do dome math real quick
3500x11=38500
Did you consume 38,500 calories over maintenance for the week?
I can easily pack on 15-20lbs over a holiday weekend...it's all water..if it bother's you that much, drink lots of water and drop carb intake over the next 3-5 days...your weight will normalize0
