Female Weightlifting Progress [Pics]

Early days weightlifting - this is my back progress after one month!

Spent years eating on a deficit so have increased calories to just about maintenance, will be eating surplus to make more significant gains soon! Happy so far :)

Thanks for sharing! I've just started weightlifting again after a year away from it (I was working 12 hour nights and didn't feel like working out on a regular basis). It's very inspiring to see your pics!

Awesome! And you didn't blow up or get bulky or look like a pro female bodybuilder! So many women fear lifting; thinking that they will get big and muscular. That's a huge misconception! You will only get tighter, stronger, better!

Not that there's anything wrong with female body building if that's what makes a girl happy, either. It takes a lot of dedication to look like that and I can respect that.
