Trouble picking my calorie goal
Hi all! I am 5'10", 200 lb. Trying to eat for weight loss. I did several online calorie calculators to figure out my calorie goal. Most said I "use" 2200-2400 calories per day. Hey all. I am 8 weeks pp and ready to exercise - except my stomach is still 'floppy' from my c-sect & is awkward and uncomfortable when I run, jump, etc. Has anyone used & can recommend a good tummy support girdle until everything's back to normal? Tight pants aren't sufficient!

I have 19 g of protein, 11g fat, and 52 g of carbs to meet my macros - and 500 cals to do it. I've eaten all my meals for the day and this is my evening snack. What would you have? Go!

Confused by fluctuating adjustments...
I allow "negative adjustments" because of my FitBit... so I get why I have to do some activity before I start earning activity calories.
