Trouble picking my calorie goal

Hi all! I am 5'10", 200 lb. Trying to eat for weight loss. I did several online calorie calculators to figure out my calorie goal. Most said I "use" 2200-2400 calories per day. I track my general activity with my FitBit, as well and it says I average 2700-2900 a day.
For weight loss sources suggested 1750-1800 cals. I did 1800 for a week and gained 2 lbs.
I have been on 1600 for two - almost 3 - weeks and have not lost weight. I am watching my macros and am getting close most days to my goals. I am weighing and measuring. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and I do get my lean protein in.
Here's the dig - I am hungry! I have upped my water intake, but I seriously go to bed with my stomach growling most nights... and I'm not losing weight.
Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions for filling foods I can try? Should I reevaluate my intake?
TIA

Are you doing any sort of cardio with this? Not saying that is the answer, but I find my weight loss is much more effective if I am at least going for a fast paced walk daily.

Weight loss happens for everyone differently. I find I have a big drop at the beginning and then slow right down. Others start slow and see it.

Are you doing any sort of lifting or strength? Again, heavy into this and you won't see the same drop on the scale.

Be careful not to eat too little or you will have negative effects on your body.

What does MFP set you at?

I am 5'1", 170lbs, moderately active and want to lose 2lbs per week... it set me at 1200 and online calculators set me at 1100! Waaaaay too little for me to be successful on so I set 1300 and sometimes eat to 1400. I make sure I never feel that crazy hunger and growling belly.
