MFP ups my fiber recommendation
Why does MFP up my recommended fiber intake when i eat certain fats? Every morning it starts at 25 fiber. Then I input my lunch and now it recommends 38 fiber for the day yet I am only at 500 calories for the day. Is this normal? What number should I try for.

Calf Gets bigger ??

Do I eat to hit my calorie minimum
Monday my doc put me on a diet pill. It is a appetite suppressant. Yes I now never feel hungry. Tonight I find that after eating I only ate 1000 calories through out the day. Counting cleaning as exercise

Water jogging, 1,143 cal burned seams wrong
Let's face it I am a big girl. 250 lb. I usually go to the gym and do laps jogging for 1-1.5 hour. I start using MFP app and I put in 75 minutes for today. It calculated 1,143 cal burned. It was 15 cal per minute. This seams too much. Is the amount. Excuse of my weight? Or is it this high for everyone ?
