Tracking will stop you or slow you down. It did me. I went to Taco Bell one day and ordered my usual. Got home ate it and went to track it. That entire meal was the amount of 80% of my calorie limit. I was stunned. After that no more. The only fast food I get is like a happy meal. I think a cheese burger one with apple…

I weigh ever morning when I get up. I also input that in the Walgreens app. Every entry you make gives you points that = money to spend I store. So it is a good motivator

Water jogging and water aerobics. I occasionally go to the water aerobics class at my gym, and no the pool is not just full of the Golden Girls

I won't miss needing to shop at specialty stores for plus size ladies. I want to be able to walk in to Kohls, old navy, Walmart, Target, ect.... And be able to find my size.

My goal is 107 gone. 102 pounds will take me officially out of the BMI obese range. I am now 72 pounds down.

If he is with you, and you are the same as when you started dating, then apparently he likes you as you are. Never loose for some one else. Only do it for your self. If he is telling you to loose weight then I would suggest you do, and loose him. That will be a quick weight loss

Add me if you want. And always remember you can do it. I am down 72 lbs now. My loss chart is not straight down. It goes up and down. Mainly ups during holidays

If you choose to take any diet pills. I would say only one at a time. You Do not know how they could react to each other. Also from research I did, the only FDA approved and tested and over the counter diet pill there is is Alli. It is a downed version of a prescription pill. But the otc version is temporary off the market…

Have you measured your self lately ? I had a similar problem a few months back. Ate under my calories, exercised ect.. But no weight loss for weeks. Every 4 weeks I do my measurements. It ended up that my measurements were smaller by 1/2 a 1 inch in places. So I was loosing weight, but the scale wasn't reflecting it…

Tell them the truth. And bring your own back up food just in case needed. I even now carry my food scale in my purse if I know I am going to eat at some ones home. This way I can weigh my food just as I would at home. I may get a odd look at first, but I simply explain, " hay on a diet, I have been doing good, and don't…

I have a kinda goal. But mainly a pant size goal really.

I had the same issue as you. I finally changed how I did it. Bought a food scale, and I weigh and track every thing I eat. I make sure to stay with in my calorie range. I also think my FitBit has helped. I am one for a challenge. So trying to hit my step goal each day makes me move more and burn more calories.

I am on it, and it works as long as you stick to a diet with it. Yes it is not a magic pill that will fix all, but try it is you think it will help. You will get a lot of haters on this site for people taking prescription weight loss pills. They will try to down any one on it. I will agree there are side effects.…

I do not eat fresh veggies, or perfectly healthy my self. But I have managed to loose 70 lb so far. This is with canned veggies, instant mashed potatoes, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, ect. I coupon so I have a lot of that stuff. The only fresh things I really can afford to have in the house is fruit. A bag of pears and…

I eat what ever I want. If i want pizza, i eat it. Same with Candy, Mac& Cheese ect... Just make sure to be accountable for it. Weigh and track it. Plan your meals so you can make sure you fit in what you eat with in your calorie goal.

This morning as every morning, my starting recommendation was 25. The other day it was 27 by the end of the day. so it has increased through out the day I didn't know if this is normal for MFP to up it depending on what you eat or exercise, and I think I have my answer. From others post it is exercise. I went to days that…

After eating drinking ect your weight will change through out the day. And your clothing doesn't always weight the same. Keep s log of it. I use the Walgreens health app to do so. You know the one that gives you Walgreens points for healthy living. I use it to get Walgreens points only really. Any ways it allows you to…

I am a stay-at-home mom of a 24 month old. What I do is get up two hours before she will get up (5:30 am). I have a treadmill at home and I will walk an 30 mins-hour in the morning while watching tv. Then at naptime or after dinner when lo goes to bed, I will spend another half an hour walking on the treadmill. If you…

Only prescription diet pills actually work. Be careful about mentioning prescription diet pills on these forms people on here will bash you and tell you you're stupid. A lot of people on here don't find them socially acceptable but think it's perfectly okay to go get surgery and cut out your stomach. I am on Adipex P. I am…

I personally would use the lapband because it is reversable. No matter what they need to research first. And make their decision and medical choice of medical weight loss after research and talking to their doctor. My sil, the only issue with lapband is she has had is she can't eat some things like pizza. The chunks of…

If you choose that route. Do lapband. My sil did and she is down 100 in a year. I also had a friend who had gastric bypass's on the same day. He is down 90 lb. so simply you can get the same results with both. And plus size. Lapband is reversible. Gastric bypass isn't and you could have life long complications.

Nope not impossible. My fitness and I are in a FitBit challenge ( to see who can do the most steps in 5 days) to catch up with others I walked on my treadmill for 3.5 hours yesterday ( not at one time). while watching tv. I burned almost 3450 according to FitBit yesterday.

I found it easier to just jump right in to the early time than to ease in to it because your adjustment time will be shorter then. My husband gets up at 530 am. So I get up at 6 am when he is about to leave the house. I then jump on the tredmill for 30 mins. Then shower and get the baby up.

I have also dropped as of today. I went from Obese Class 3, to Class 2.
