I am about to start JMBR and some ingredients in the meal plan is kinda hard to find? example: canadian bacon nitrate free ? I have looked at bi-lo, kroger, walmart any idea's?

Billing question.
I ordered JMBR friday. My card is being processed for $171 I planned on doing the payment plans but I am being card for over $20 shipping $30 for a deluxe package and $119 for the program? Has anybody had any billing issue. This is ridiculous and on top that 3-4 weeks shipping.

meal plan question.
I just ordered JMBR and I want to make a grocery list for the jumpstart and the meal plan. Also does anybody know how many calories a day the meal plan is based on? I am a semi picky eater and I don't have that much cooking experience. Any advice? Thanks!

Anybody know of any low cost low calorie meal replacement shakes? I have slim fast but I think there is something way more healthier for you.

Calories burned doing cardio?
I did 26 minutes on the treadmill and burned 100 calories and done 15 on the elliptical and burned 100 calories. Could this be close to being right? I know nothing is accurate but before I would burn a lot more.

My 120 day Jillian Michaels plan.
first I will start off with 30 day shred then move on to Jillian Michaels 90 day body revolution! I also plan on eating 1200-1500 calories a day! Any thoughts or advice?

Meals (sides mainly)
I have discovered the individually wrap chicken breast by perdue. My dinner consist of 1 package chicken breast - 140 calories and green giant just one vegetable tray - 40 calories and thats all I can come up with. What are you sides or favorite low calorie meals?

Heart rate monitor question.
I went to this website to calculate how many calories I can burn doing 30 minute session on the elliptical 4 times a day. Realistic goals?
Is it realistic to lose 40-50 pounds in 4 months? I plan on doing 30 day shred and the elliptical for 30 minutes everyday with a mix of winsor pilates 3 days a week and cutting my calories to 1200 a day? Tips and advice please! :)
