Winsor Pilates?

Has anybody had any results with this workout?

I plan on doing 1 hour elliptical 30 day shred and winsor pilates

    I love Mari Winsor, her dvd is classical pilates and you will def feel it! I teach Pilates and she is one of the best. She has 3 girls, one beginners and 2 advanced. I do Pilates with the Jillian dvds and I've toned and lost weight. Add me if you like.
