Have you seen any results? Did you do the 7 day kickstart or following the meal plan? I just got mine today but the meal plan isn't that simple to me.

I just got mine today! I plan on doing the 7 day kickstart plan the meals are fairly simple. I ordered on friday so shipping was pretty decent make sure you review your order though I had something added to mine customer service isn't that great!

Update** I finally got a email saying what all is in the package and it doesn't include vitiams just another reisentance cord (level 2) 2 DVDs shred and shed and killer bun and thighs. So I think I am just going to keep it because I really want this program and it Isnt going to be delieverd until may 11th so if I cancel…

I know and I really don't to order off eBay! I was really excited to start in 2 weeks now I have to wait for my bank to get my money back which could take up to 90 days.

I called customer service the guy matthew was very rude so I called my bank and had it canceled since they won't cancel my order and I'm just order it off eBay.

I just ordered this program and I am looking for maybe a grocery list for this program or at least how many calories the meal plan is based on.

I enter in my weight, height and age on the machines and it says I burn about 100 calories every 10 minutes I don't know how accurate it is but I just log what the machine says.

I wouldn't rely on anything but eating right and exercise. HCG has been known to mess up your body in the long run. Slim fast isn't that great for you but, I like to make low calorie milkshakes with it or drink it every once in a while for a quick breakfast. Slimquick I don't know much about. From what I seen if you stick with the program and eat right you will see results. It says lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days, the most i have seen another person lose is 17 lbs. Even though you are not burning many calories I would suggest you stick with it and look up 30 day shred results! Even if you don't lose any weight…

Thanks for the input. Normally at the gym I burn 100 calories per 10 mintues that's with me putting in my weight height and age.

While we are on the subject of chick fil a if you combine montreal steak and lemon pepper seasoning on chicken breast and grill them it tastes the same as a chargrilled chicken sandwich.

1200 calories is the recommended amount not to go under for women. $4,000 HELL YEAH I would give it a try!

I would like to lose 60-70 pounds. In the past I have lost 17lbs by going to gym and doing the elliptical everyday for a hour with eating 1200 calories a day. It took me about a month and half to achieve that. I know 50 is a lot to lose in 4 months I just want a good plan to stick to.

Ive seen this recipe in a magazine and it says pinto, black beans or garbanzo beans.
