Clean eating?

I just received my jillian michaels body revolution today. I have reviewed the meal plans and have decided to follow the 7 day kickstart but makeup my own clean healthy meals after the 7 days. I don't know about you but have the time you look in a cook book you don't even know what half the ingredients are. So I would like to create simple non processed meals for this program. Any suggestions? I like just about anything but yogurt!
