Hi all, I am starting south beach diet next week. I have PCOS/insulin resistance and was told by my doctor that south beach is a good way of eating for PCOSers. Just curious of our people's experiences with the south beach diet, particularly phase 1! Also, is there a MFP group for South Beach? Thanks!

In the past I have not eaten exercise calories but will later fall off the wagon and binge.
