not going over my calories but having unhealthy-ish foods...
Hey, Just a quick question... If I stay within my calorie goal and eat unhealthy-ish food, does this have a bad effect on weight loss. eg.. because I have enough calories , i'm eating my fav food which is cheesy pasta at the moment... Just now sure If i need to stay aay from these foods aswell even though i have calories?…

3rd week in and i'm struggling!
So I joined this 3 weeks ago. I lost 1lbs in my first week, gained this back in the 2nd week and so I am back to where I was when I joined. Admittedly I should have put much more than 1lbs on with the amount I had to eat at the weekend, so i feel lucky in that sence! BUT... I can usually do my 1200 calories mon - fri but…

Should i stay away from diet pills?
Hi All, i've just started on MFP and was wondering, along with this low calorie intake! is it worth getting a slimming aid? Are there any diet pills that don't have nasty side effects such as running to the toilet too often!? Is it worth it? Mel x

i cant find the meal with the correct calories =(
Hey, I had an Asda good for you Chicken tikka masala with rice (chilled) 400g, this is on the MFP database as 323 calories however the exact meal as stated was 459 calories on the packet . Does anyone know why this is different and how I change it to the correct calorie amount on my diary? =/ Thanks!

Hi all, I'm starting fitness pal but always seem to start things and go back to eating rubbish! I am in need of motivation. If anyone can help with meal suggestions and such that would be a great help. I seem to be unable to come up with anything other than salad for lunch and i would like a variety. Many Thanks Mel_21 x
