Should I consider it a "cheat" day if I'm still within 1200 cals?
Really craving wings today and was going to get some. 8 wings for 440 calories. I still have 800 calories left to eat for the rest of the day but I really want these wings. Do I consider it a cheat day?

Usually wouldn't post things like this, but I'm really curious what my body fat % is around. Also curious as to how much I "look" like I weigh also. Yes, I know I have no booty. Trying to get my squats in! I'm 5'4. Trying to lose 35 lbs.

I just lost all self control and binged...
I ate half a small pizza and half of domino's Artisan pizza plus 8 bbq wings... I feel like I'm going to throw up. I feel so disgusted with myself and couldn't control my cravings at all :( Should I throw away the rest of the pizza? My stomach hurts and I literally feel nauseous because I've been doing so well for…
