Just had a Body Composition Analyzer Session - Confused!
Just had a body composition analyzer session in work. Very informative. Has made me think about my goal calorie intake on this site, how it might not be accurate for me. First of all my height is wrong. (who knew!). She said i should be looking to consume my BMR +30%=Calorie goal. Then less 300cal for weight loss. This…

MFP Reports - Can you look deeper?
My question is simple, maybe there is an answer. Logging Exercise Trouble MFP / Fitbit

Then about 2/3 through the day i sync'd my fitbit which gave me a huge 1000+ cal burn for walking X amount of steps (actually said i was walking my dog...i have no dog!) Is it doubling my exercises? (the cal burn wasn't double the spin class) I…

Looking at Garmin Forerunner 15, thoughts?
My current set up is using Endomondo for running on my phone, and i've recently bought a FitBit and using that, although i do find it handy , the taking on and off for charging a bit annoying. I do some running 5/10k, play a bit of GAA and go to the gym for spinning, lifting weights. I was thinking of getting the…
