Garmin Forerunner 15 How to get Steps to Endomondo/MFP

So i recently got rid of my fitbit and purchased the Garmin Forerunner 15 which has the step counter (was the reason i went ahead with it)

So I've linked Endomondo and MFP

I realise i now have to hook up my garmin to PC to sync runs to endomondo but the Steps or Activity doesn't seem to be coming across with the run / workouts.

I've hooked up the two accounts through https://tapiriik.com/ which threw all my years of enodmondo stuff into Garmin Connect but didn't throw my Steps for the past two days onto my Endomondo (which didn't put it on MFP)

I've searched google everywhere and can't sort this. Garmin help pages are no use.

I just want to get my activity (steps) to cross over to Endomondo and in turn MFP.

Any help welcome : )
