Other ways to exercise
With out exercising equipment? I already know the "basic" one's such as... -running -walking -jogging -jumping jacks -push up -sit ups. What are other way's you can work out & still get a nice affect that you'd get with exercising equipment? I get bored doing these over and over again. Thanks.

always hungry?
When ever i start back up on my diet I feel as if i'm always hungry. I eat small amounts of food. I don't over due it to the point that i'm full and can't get up. for instance i ate an hour ago and i'll be hungry again. starting over!
Because I've failed my last attempt!. As of today till October I will be recording everything that I eat. I will not be doing any extreme exercises Just walking/running/jogging. After late October I will start "real" dieting. So I'm looking for encouragement add me as a friend ! :smile:
