Lost 16lbs, was given 1600 carbs a day for goal
When do I need to readjust my carbs? Or do I stay with 1600 until I lose my target goal of 35lbs????

As BMR changes should also your calorie intake?
When I started with MFP my BMR was over 2000 and It was recommended I take in about 1500 calories a day. Now my BMR is about 1800 and I don't want to eat any less calories (because I love the ones I get) but should my calories be adjusted with my BMR? If so why don't MFP do that automatically?

Help! I'm addicted to my scale.
I can't even use the bathroom without standing on the stupid scale. I'll wake up 3am stagger in the bathroom and...yup...stand on the stupid scale. My wife has been able to weigh once a week. Not me, I eat a tic tac and feel like I need to weigh myself again. Hide the scale you say? I'd just hunt for it till I found it.…

Peanut Butter cravings!!!!!! Chunky vs. creamy
I once ate a whole jar of peanut butter in 2 days...I'm over that yes but I need something to help solve my cravings for peanutbutter. Ideas? by the way please vote chunky or creamy! I vote chunky all the way!!!!!!
