Lost 16lbs, was given 1600 carbs a day for goal

When do I need to readjust my carbs? Or do I stay with 1600 until I lose my target goal of 35lbs????

    I'm assuming you mean calories and not carbs. You should readjust your goal calorie goal every 5-10 pounds, MFP will prompt you every 10.
