Question about gaining weight through muscle...
So I workout pretty much everyday for at least 2 hours, one hour being weightlifting. With that said, on average how much muscle mass would I be gaining?

Less weight and more reps = toned muscles...Myth?
I was always told that more weights and less reps built muscle, and the opposite toned them. Anyone know the answer? Thoughts?

Advice for my diet...
So I'm going to start this eating five meals a day thing, and my calorie goal is set at 1550. Any tips on what to eat for these five meals? How to distribute calories? Any help at all is appreciated. I also burn around 800-1000 calories almost every day working out, if that's important.

Stupid question about the calorie counter
I'm kinda new to the whole keeping track of what I eat. I've always eaten in moderation, but I never really payed much attention to nutrition facts. ANYWAY, let's my goal is 1550 calories. Does that mean I would have to eat 1550 calories in order to LOSE weight? Or do I eat less to lose weight?

Strength training tips for boxing?
I'm 5'11", 158 lbs (not sure if that's important, but there it is), and I need some tips in order to become a more effective boxer/kickboxer. At the gym I've always gone by 3 sets of 10 reps, heavy weight. But I've been reading some conflicting reports online and I'm not sure what to do anymore...Thanks!
