How to get full for under 100 calories?
Looking for low calorie (under 100) snack that are filling. So far the only one I have found to keep me from thinking about eating for longer than a hour is a hardboiled egg. Eating like 12 nuts or whatever does not work for me. What do you like?

May is a very busy birthday month for my family. Seems like I have 1 or 2 every week. Do you guys refuse birthday cake at these parties? Or just account for the fact that you will eat it and exercise more?

For Cyclists with HRM
I don't yet have a HRM as disposable income is low. So I have to use the online calculators. I have a hybrid bike and not a road bike. My speed averages 14 mph. For a 90 minute bike ride the calculators are saying I burn 1150 calories (I'm 190). That seems like a lot. I generally just log 900 assuming it is off by a bit.…

How often do you weigh in?
Right now I weigh in every morning. It can be frustrating because my weight will go up and down by a few pounds each day so it's hard to know if I am making progress each day. On the other hand I don't know if I could go an entire week without weighing myself.

Insanity of JM Shred better for me?
I am debating between these two DVDs. From what I have read on the forum and elsewhere it seems that Shred is effective, but pretty easy.
