I have been working out, but I haven't posted it lately. Today is my day off of exercising. I have been doing the daily burn and eating a 1200 calorie diet. I went off of my diet for a month and a half. I gained 12 pounds because of stress eating. I have lost about 4 pounds so far exercising and sticking to a pretty strict…

Been Sick...
I have been sick the last couple of days, but after resting today, I can't wait to get started exercising again. I did not eat much today, so I can't wait to combine it with the workouts.

I did daily burn for 52 minutes and burned 595 calories today...

I walked 1 and 1/3 mile, and I did daily burn for 521 calories. All-together I burned 626 calories. Yay!!! Now, I just have to get my diet straight, so people can see how built I really am....
