Wore my polar FT7 on the treadmill for the first time today and was surprised by the results. I walked for 37 minutes around 3 mph at a slight incline. I rocked L1D8 tonight!
I did 15 push ups in the first set and 10 in the second. A new record. Plus I used my 4 lb weights for all the exercises for the first time. And the only modified exercise I'm still doing is girly push ups. I had my best calorie burn yet - 296 and that was without the warm up because I forget to start the HRM.

Day 5 complete!
Day 5 done and again, easier than yesterday. I even pushed myself harder this time too. I did 14 push ups in the first set and 11 in the second. I STILL didn't make it through that blasted first cardio set, but I did make it through the other two again. I did better on the first one, so I'm going to guess 2 or 3 more days…
