Weight per set? (ab Crunches)
What do i put in the weight per set box (if I'm doing ab crunches)? Example: # of sets: 3 Reps/set: 8 Weight per set: (I put 0 for now) and is reps/set how many crunches I did in a set? like I do 1 set of 8 and then wait a minute then do 2 more sets of 8? Thanks in advance! Ps: I weigh 175lbs male

How does a Heart rate monitor work? and what does it do? can I input my weight and stuff and then it will tell me how many calories i burned in a workout session? thanks in advance! Ps: if you could list a few cheap but good quality HRM's out there that you would recommend using would be great!

Over weight and need to lose 25-30 lbs
