What do i put in the weight per set box (if I'm doing ab crunches)?
Example:
# of sets: 3
Reps/set: 8
Weight per set: (I put 0 for now)
and is reps/set how many crunches I did in a set? like I do 1 set of 8 and then wait a minute then do 2 more sets of 8?
Thanks in advance!
Ps: I weigh 175lbs male

I want to know this too. What do I put in weight per set if it's just my own body weight im using1

Yes, it's reps per set.
If you aren't doing weighted crunches, then put zero.0 -
If you put zero then it will show N/A for calories and won’t compute.
This is because calories aren’t computed for strength, only cardio.1
