I've got about 50-60 lbs to lose and I'm worried about getting the sad belly button where it looks more like my basset hounds jowls than a belly button? What causes that and anything I can do while I'm losing to prevent it?
I was thinking of picking up a copy and giving it a shot. Anyone read it? Pros? Cons?
I kind of binged at work this morning and only have 19 calories left for the day! I can't get a workout in anytime soon since I work till 7pm. Any advice for the rest of the day, or even just support. :(
What can I log Body Pump class at the gym under? It's not coming up with anything... :(
When I'm at work (Emergency Dept) the problem is the EMS room and complete crap food. It's not even food, it's candy! It's quick and handy and eats up the majority of my calories for the day. Will someone please change the combo for me?!
And wonder if you'll ever get there? I see so many that have great progress of 20lbs (and more/less but a LOT of 20 pounders) and feel like that goal is so far away.
