100 day checkin kinda long post
I started here 100 days ago today. In April I went for my yearly check up that I haven't done in 5 yrs. Found out I have really high cholesterol. Dr told me she was surprised that I haven't had a heart attack yet. I'm only 30 that was a wake up call. I also have a b-12 deficiency and have to take 2000 mcg a day. A guy I…
