5'8" ladies, what is your goal weight?
I am 5'8" and my SW was 213, CW 193...my goal weight is 150 lbs. Do any of you ladies out there who are around my height have the same goal weight in mind? Any before and after pics? Wondering if I should lower my goal weight a bit.

No weight loss for almost 3 weeks! Help!
I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am 37, 5"8, 205 lbs, exercise 3 x week aerobics (low impact), drink only water and tea and stick to my calorie goals most days. I have made my food diary public so you can tell me what I am eating wrong!! I am so discouraged! I'm not giving up by any means, but not seeing the scale…

Sick and discouraged!
This is the start of my third week of dieting. The first week I lost 7lbs and now in the last 1.5 weeks I only lost 0.5lbs! What is wrong? I have been very consistent on my diet. Now I am sick...ugh. So no exercise for me. Fever, chills...great. What can I do to get healty and start losing again? HELP!
