Fruits/veggies with protein
I ate some asparagus last night and noticed it had some protein. I am having trouble figuring out how to get enough fruits/veggies and protein. What are some good fruits or vegetables that contain protein.

When you started what motivated you to exercise?

What a difference a lb makes
I set my weight loss goal originally at 2 lbs/week. MFP calculated 1200 net calories/day, which is doable but not very satisfying for me. I decided to take it down to 1lb/week and it increased to 1350 (before exercise). That is so much better for me. I am going to see how that goes. :)

Exercise calories
I just did an hour walk and MFP added calories to my goal. I don't plan on using all of them. Do people eat more? I am just starting. I am estimating amounts, but I am losing. Also, what are easy sources of protein? I was told 60-80g is a good amount for me.

low cal mixers
I asked this but it was lost in another thread. I drink alcohol sometimes but I like sweet drinks. I don't like cola. Most of the mixers I use are full of sugars and calories. Is there a better alternative? I do like white wine, beer not so much

Stomach upset after protein drink
I bought a whey protein powder and have been mixing drinks for snacks between meals. I don't know if it is all the milk (I mix them with milk) or a component of the powder but I feel gassy and bloated afterwards.
