Stomach upset after protein drink

I bought a whey protein powder and have been mixing drinks for snacks between meals. I don't know if it is all the milk (I mix them with milk) or a component of the powder but I feel gassy and bloated afterwards. Is there something I should look for on the label.?Would almond milk be a better choice to use?

Well... if you'd have done some research about consuming whey, then you'd know this happens sometimes lol.0

If you make your own at home: soaked almond and water.0 -
Whey coupled with dairy would probably make many people gassy, lol. It's a side effect that can happen. I know if I had that combo, it would not be pretty. You can try out the almond milk, but you may also want to have less whey protein if the problem is beginning to offend others, and you want to keep your friends.0
