Muscle mass gain for women
Does anyone know how much muscle gain should be expected for women when working out? Just curious... I put on about 8lbs of muscle in the last two months and that seems high to me.

Crohn's anyone?
Hi I'm just wondering if by chance anyone on here suffers from Crohn's disease (like me)... and if so how they deal with the fatigue... food irritability.. etc, and if they've found anything that works for them? Some weeks can be a real challenge.

Overshooting Daily Protein Intake
So I've been logging in daily food intake on this website the last few weeks (an awsome website and can't beleive it's free!) but I notice I'm consistently overshooting my protein intake even though I'm meeting my net calories for the day, and I'm usually way under in carbs and fats... Caloric Intake -- 1200 net cal/day for everyone?
I'm new to this and... confused. According to the BMR calculations I should be consuming approx. 1600 calories, which I'd burn if I were just resting. So burning 400 calories at the gym leaves 1200 net calories (1600-400) and I should not eat more than that (1600). But on days off from the gym I should only eat 1200…
