(Women) On a 1800 or higher calorie-a-day diet?
Hey, So about three years ago when I started doing MFP I went on a 1200 calorie diet, for about 1-2 years. I went from 178 lbs to 140 lbs, which was great! But then I gained it all back. Anyone tried Isagenix?
Has anyone tried the Isagenix 9-day or 30-day weight loss program? I'm considering but I don't know if it's worth the price... I know you can loose weight through exercise and a good diet, but I'm just interested in trying something new, so any reviews would be nice! :)

How do you deal with stress eating?
When I feel stressed, I lose a lot of self control. As someone w/ anxiety issues, when I get stressed I binge and it really sucks because I know it's all my fault. Any tips, guys?

Heyo! Bwandls here. :) So, I've been on MFP for a while, but just recently I'm noticing that everyone who loses weight WITH others, looses it so much easier. And I've decided (yep, decided, no other option) to loose 15-20 lbs by April. Soooo... Calling all wanna-be weight loss champs, anyone want a diet buddy? :)
