What is the added value of a body bugg over a HRM? I use a HRM when I work out but wondering if I should really invest in the body bugg. What does it do that the HRM doesn't? If you have a body bugg why do you like it?

Calories burned during exercise?
I have always counted my calories burned as what my HRM tells me after my workout. But I've heard this here and there and beginning to wonder but really if you weren't working out you would still burn some calories just for breathing so should you subtract this from cal burned so you don't eat too much? food diary question
Now that I was looking at some people diary who made them public I see that some people added in "mini" meals or snacks between meals. How do you do that? Mind just says Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks so I put all my mini meals in snacks but would love to adjust my food diary. Just can't figure out how to do it. Thanks.

So I KNOW I need to eat my exercise calories....but
I don't know how to do it!!! When I am "on track" I plan out my meals and when I add in my exercise calories I have lots of calories left at night and can't really be eating 800 additional calories at 10pm!
