nauseous after workout
Sometimes I feel very nauseous after workout.Is it normal?

2 yolks in one egg.
Is it fine to eat eggs with two yolks?I cracked two eggs and both were having two yolks in each.I'm not much concerned about it but my mom said its a sign that I'll have twin babies. -_-
