sleep pattern

I used to be a morning person but due to my work schedule everything is messed up now(used to wake up around 3:30-4:30 am)..I love to workout in morning but now I wake up so late..I know sleeping is very important part of our training but I'm finding it very hard to get my butt in gym around 10 am..so will it hamper my progress if I sleep for 5-6 hours then gym then some sleep for more 1-2 hours?
