Sudden plateau?
Stats first: -115.5kg -male -6'3 -Exerscise for 1hr, 5x a week. Mostly sedimentary other than that -Calorie intake varies between 1800-2100 each day. Massive headache when exerscising?
Not sure whats going on. Been exerscising for ~4 weeks and everything was good, however the last two times i've gone to the gym i tend to get a very bad headache right in the back of my head, about level with my ears. Just started, feeling bad due to no results.
Not sure whats going on, eating exactly 2400 calories a day and spending 40-60 mins in the gym 6 days a week. I've only been going for a week and a half, and in this week and a half i've managed to gain a pound. Any help? really demotivated atm.
