Sudden plateau?

Stats first:
-115.5kg
-male
-6'3
-Exerscise for 1hr, 5x a week. Mostly sedimentary other than that
-Calorie intake varies between 1800-2100 each day.

Was losing weight steadily for roughly 6 weeks, however for the last two weeks my weight has not budged a bit. Not a single gain, or loss. Each time i jump on the scale it reads exactly 115.5k. Is anyone able to shed some light on why this could be happening, or how i can get my weight loss back into swing?

    Weight loss is not linear. It's only been two weeks - give it more time.
