Day 4 of the 200 lbs journey
Feel like crap today, I just want to go get a bag of crisps and get drunk on beer, my left foot hurts so cannot really go walking like planned, didn’t weigh in yet since I started school nice I am dead scared of no results Anyone felt like this ?

Cardio is booting
Is there a way to lift more weights , more reps etc, to get similar results or is cycling, swimming etc the only way to go for weight loss? I can suffer swimming and I walk from work every day about 50 minutes but the thought of treadmill or bicycle in he gym makes me want to quit right away Any suggestions? Regards Matt
