Time to push for part 2

Hey

TIme to push through I made it half way

I am down from 423 lbs to 336

My final goal is 242

So I am bout half way and I am about to hit the 100 lbs lost mark which is my first goal.

Eating lots and lots of fiber, fruit and vegetables, see the doctor bi weekly.

Swimming 5 times / week

Even running slowly once in a while, lifting weights 2-3 times / week to assure I don't loose muscle.

Any other advice I can add/change?
