Realistic goal for dropping body fat percentage
I know that with weight loss, a realistic goal is maybe 1-2 pounds a week. What about with body fat percentage? I just started tracking it, and I'd like to know what to expect. I lift weights and I run about 3 times a week. Should I expect it to drop every week, every other week?

Getting too much protein
Do you lose less weight if you eat too much protein? I'm constantly going over my protein limit on my food diary. I'm not eating anything crazy, just a scoop and a half of protein powder for breakfast, and a soy sausage for lunch.

Helping KT Tape stick
Does anyone have any cool tips for helping KT Tape stick on longer? I already spray hairspray and let it dry before applying the tape, and rub the tape down so it gets warm and sticks.
