Weight training at home help
I currently go to a gym to do my weights but I'm wondering if I could buy dumbells and a bar and do a program at home? Any recommendations? Or is all the equipment at the gym necessary...

Halfway progress pics :)
So I still have a way to go but needed a bit of motivation after just getting back from holidaying, so compared these two pics. The first pic is actually after already losing 12kgs, but there is 14kgs difference between these 2 pics, with another 14ish kg to go :-)

MFP calculating calories incorrectly???
I went to add an item and it says calories are 238 but the kj on can is 444kj, this seems far too high calories for that amount of kj? The item is sealord tuna stir thru 95g red curry flavour. Do I convert calories or keep it as 238? Thanks

Any ideas for small things that can bump it up a bit? I'm not necessarily hungry and I feel like I already eat heaps but I'm…

Drinking Green Tea
So I've just come across this Green Tea with Citrus that is DELICIOUS! So much so that I have been having 2 or 3 cups a day. This won't hinder any weight loss will it? I do still drink quite a bit of plain water but since giving up smoking I don't drink coffee anymore and think this may be a good substitute? Thanks ????
