Bored with same old thing!
How do you keep from getting bored with your workouts? I have tried to start 30 day shred twice and can't seem to keep from getting bored before week two! Do you mix up your workouts? Thanks in advance for your replies!

Doctors Weight Chart
Hey! Just curious how everyone feels about the Doctor's Weight Chart that says what you should weigh for you height? I feel like mine is a bit out there, at 6'3 I'm supposed to weigh 180. What do you guys think about that? What do they say that you are supposed to weigh for your height? Thanks in advance!!

Mini Goals?
I would like to set some Mini Goals, just not sure what to set them for....I don't have any events or anything coming up. Maybe I should just start with a date for my goal weight loss? How did you decide on your Mini Goals?

Any snack ideas?
I'm trying to come up with some better ideas for snacks...I have been eating crackers, yogurts, and mixed nuts. Just trying to come up with some different ideas.
